Actors in Action (AIA) began business in Portland, Oregon on May 1, 1998. Damon went into business on his own after working as director with two local children's talent agencies from 1993 to 1998. With the encouragement from casting directors, producers, and local talent, AIA has quickly become one of the top talent resources in the Northwest.Damon strives to personally know each talent member on the roster. He is known throughout the Northwest for his honesty, integrity, and realistic approach to the entertainment industry.
