| Kerr Youth and Family Services (KYFS) provides services to reduce the severity of mental illness, delinquency, and distress for high-risk youth and families by providing a continuum of culturally and ethnically responsive support and treatment services. These services will promote self-responsibility, healthy family relationships, healthy childhood development, and social competence. |
